Controles de isotipo de IgG
Los medicamentos con anticuerpos se han convertido en un campo importante en el desarrollo de la biomedicina. Los anticuerpos de control de isotipo en el desarrollo de fármacos de anticuerpos son de la misma clase y subtipo que el anticuerpo primario desarrollado contra el objetivo, pero no se unen específicamente a un objetivo conocido o potencial. El propósito de utilizar el control de isotipo es confirmar que la unión o el efecto del anticuerpo primario es específico, excluyendo las interacciones no específicas con las proteínas del receptor Fc o con otras proteínas. No. DNP-PM1) and positive control (Cat. No. FM3-HPY53) respectively, and PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
