Introducción
Los productos con etiquetas fluorescentes Star Staining se desarrollan mediante una tecnología de nueva generación de etiquetado específico del sitio con calidad "Star Standard" en ACROBiosystems. Estos productos están diseñados exclusivamente para detectar y controlar las células RAQ-T en ensayos clínicos.
La proteína marcada con fluorescencia es una poderosa herramienta para la detección de la expresión de RAQ en muestras clínicas y de investigación mediante citometría de flujo. Estas proteínas son colorantes fluorescentes premarcados que pueden detectar la expresión de RAQ mediante una tinción de un solo paso con un fondo mínimo. Sin embargo, el desarrollo de proteínas marcadas con fluorescencia de alta calidad presenta un desafío importante y, hasta el momento, solo hay unos pocos productos disponibles comercialmente.
La técnica de conjugación es el mayor cuello de botella para desarrollar proteínas marcadas con fluorescencia de alta calidad. Actualmente, la técnica de etiquetado más utilizada en el mercado es el enfoque tradicional de etiquetado químico. Es un método muy fácil de etiquetar covalentemente la proteína con un tinte fluorescente de manera no específica. Sin embargo, la modificación aleatoria puede dar lugar a heterogeneidad y puede afectar a la bioactividad de la proteína mediante el bloqueo del sitio activo de la proteína.
