    Biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1, His,Avitag (S1N-C82E4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Val 16 - Arg 685 (Accession # QHD43416.1). The mutations (T95I, G142D, E154K, L452R, E484Q, D614G, P681R, Q1071H) were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 Kappa variant (Pango lineage: B.1.617.1; other names: 21A/S:154K).

  • Molecular Characterization

    This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™)

    The protein has a calculated MW of 78.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-150 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
