  • Product Description

Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads are dextran-coated superparamagnetic nanoparticles conjugated with high-affinity recombinant streptavidin. They are designed for highly efficient positive or negative selection of cells using biotinylated antibodies or ligands.
The beads are manufactured under sterile ISO 5 conditions with no animal- or human-derived components. Each batch undergoes rigorous quality control, including sterility, endotoxin, and functional validation.

  • Application

Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads enable flexible isolation of a wide range of cell types from human, mouse, rat, and non-human primate samples. They are compatible with column-based magnetic separation systems. Ideal for:
Positive or negative selection of immune cells (T cells, B cells, monocytes, dendritic cells)
Isolation of stem cells, rare cell populations, and circulating tumor cells
CAR-T cell enrichment (biotinylated target proteins or biotinylated anti-G4S linker antibody)

  • Storage

This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20°C for 36 months in lyophilized state. 2-8°C for 12 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

  • Sterility

     Streptavidin APPLICATION DATA

Performance comparison between Cellectra SA beads and Company M in terms of anti-CD19 CAR-T cell sorting, when used together with anti-G4S antibody.
For each 9×10⁶ anti-CD19 CAR-T cells, isolation was performed using 0.6 µg of GMP Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-G4S linker Antibody, Rabbit IgG (016) (Cat. No. GMP-MG4S25), followed by 30 μL/50 μL of either Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S003) or streptavidin beads from Company M. Both isolated and non-isolated cells were stained with PE-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-FMC63 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Y45) (Site-specific conjugation) (Preservative free) (Cat. No. FM3-HPY53) and subsequently analyzed using FCS Express 7 software (Routinely tested). Following dead cell exclusion by 7‑AAD staining, the PE‑positive signal in the viable cell population is used to assess specific binding to CAR‑T cells. ACRO's Streptavidin beads have a clear advantage over Company M in terms of recovery rate (Figure A). The purities of Anti-CD19 CAR-T cells sorted by ACRO and Company M Streptavidin beads both exceeded 95% (Figure B).
% Recovery = (Viable sorted Cells × Final Purity) / (Viable Input Cells × Starting Purity) × 100

Performance comparison between Cellectra SA beads and Company M in terms of Anti-CD19 CAR 293 cell sorting, when used together with anti-G4S linker antibody.
Each 1x10⁷ Anti-CD19 CAR 293 cells were isolated with 0.2 µg Biotinylated monoclonal anti-G4S linker antibody, Rabbit IgG (016), premium grade (Cat. No. G4S-BLM25G0) and 5µL Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S003) or 10 µL streptavidin beads from Company M. Both the isolated cells and non-isolated cells were stained with PE-Labeled Monoclonal Anti-FMC63 Antibody, Rabbit IgG (1G10) (0.03% Proclin), (Cat. No. FM3-PFM721) and subsequently analyzed using FCS Express 7 software. The results show that ACRO’s Streptavidin nBeads has a sorting performance essentially equivalent to that of the product from Company M.

The anti-BCMA+ CAR-T cells isolated by Cellectra Streptavidin nBeads and anti-G4S Rabbit antibody.
For each 1x10⁷ anti-BCMA CAR-T cells, isolation was performed using 0.6 µg Biotinylated monoclonal anti-G4S linker antibody, Rabbit IgG (016), premium grade, (Cat. No. G4S-BLM25G0) and 20 μL Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S003). Both the isolated cells and non-isolated cells were stained with PE-labeled human BCMA/TNFRSF17 protein, His Tag, Star Staining (Cat. No. BCA-HP2H7) and subsequently analyzed using FCS Express 7 software. Following the PE-positive signal in the viable cell population is used to assess specific binding to CAR- T cells. ACRO's Streptavidin beads performed a good Purity (Routinely tested).

The CD3+ T cells isolated by Cellectra Streptavidin nBeads and OKT3 antibody.
For each 1x10⁷ Human PBMCs, isolation was performed using 0.1 µg Biotinylated Anti-Human CD3 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a,Avitag (Clone: OKT3), premium grade (Cat. No. CDE-BV84G0) and 10 μL Cellectra™ Streptavidin NanoSort Microbeads, Research grade (Cat. No. MBS-S003). Both the isolated cells and non-isolated cells were stained with FITC anti-human CD3 Antibody and subsequently analyzed using FCS Express 7 software. Following the FITC-positive signal in the viable cell population is used to assess specific binding to CAR- T cells. ACRO's Streptavidin beads performed a good Purity (QC tested).
