This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 62.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 150-200 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

LikesWe were very satisfied with the whole process of purchasing and utilizing the product as we had no issues with shipping time or product packaging. We used the protein to assist in the development of LFAs detecting for CD45 on cells. Pairs of anti-CD45 antibodies were first tested using the protein to help us determine which pair of antibodies produced the best results. These tests allowed us to move forward with designing full LFAs.
