This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to O-linked glycosylation which has been verified by O-Glycosidase and Neuraminidase digestion.

LikesI purchased this protein for antibody screening. I performed flow cytometry to test whether this protein can bind to molecules expressed on cell surface. The results showed that some antibodies could bind to this protein. The protein quality is pretty good.
