  • Product Overview

Human G-CSF ELISA Kit is a ready-to-use immunoassay kit, specifically designed to quantitate natural and recombinant human G-CSF that is present in biological samples, such as human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Our ELISA Kit provides several benefits:

    1. Standards to calibrate with NIBSC/WHO standards for comparable results.
    2. Fully validation in biologic samples for detection range, sensitivity, inter- and intra-plate CV, recovery, dilution linearity, specificity, and matrix effects to ensure reliable results according to ICH M10 guideline.
    3. High-quality antibody pairs and protein standards, along with rigorous quality control, to guarantee consistent results across different batches.
    4. Simplified and straightforward protocols and ready-to-use reagents to save assay time.

Performance Data

  • Typical Data

Please refer to DS document for the assay protocol.

     G-CSF TYPICAL DATA

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was cal-culated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of G-CSF is less than 6.25 pg/mL.

Validation
  • Sample Values

Serum Sample: Thirty healthy donor serum samples were evaluated for the concentrations of human G-CSF in assay.

     G-CSF SAMPLE VALUES

Cell Culture Supernatant: PBMC (5.0 × 10⁶ cells/mL) were cultured in 1640 supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 ug/mL streptomycin sulfate. Cells were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 0.1 ug/mL LPS for 2 days or 5 days. Subsequent analysis involved quantitative measurement of human G-CSF concentrations in collected culture supernatants using standardized immunoassays.

     G-CSF SAMPLE VALUES
  • Intra-Assay Statistics

Ten replicates of each of three samples containing different G-CSF concentrations were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV<10%.

     G-CSF INTRA-ASSAY STATISTICS
  • Inter-Assay Statistics

Three samples containing different concentrations of G-CSF were tested in inde-pendent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.

     G-CSF INTER-ASSAY STATISTICS
  • Recovery

Recombinant G-CSF was spiked into three human serum samples, and then ana-lyzed. The average recovery of G-CSF for serum samples is 101.2%.
