I have been using IdeS for over a year now in my in vivo experiments to achieve cleavage of therapeutic antibodies in circulation. I have ordered almost a dozen vials of this reagent, and am always impressed at how quickly it arrives. I will definitely continue ordering this product, and recommend this reagent for both in vitro and in vivo experiments in which IgG cleavage is desired.
