Mouse ITGAV&ITGB1 Heterodimer Protein, Flag Tag&Tag Free, produced by co-expression of ITGAV and ITGB1, has a calculated MW of 112.3 kDa (ITGAV) & 83.5 kDa (ITGB1). Subunit ITGAV is fused with flag tag at the C-terminus and subunit ITGB1 contains no tag. The protein migrates as 160-180 kDa (ITGAV) and 120-140 kDa (ITGB1) when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
