Human CD98 Protein, His Tag AIDD-Ready protein is designed for direct use in SPR assays. It is supplied in a sugar-free, glycerol-free formulation to eliminate refractive index interference in SPR. No desalting or buffer exchange is required before use, simplifying the SPR workflow and supporting high-throughput experimental validation to accelerate the transition from AI prediction to wet-lab validation.
SLC3A2, CD98, 4F2, 4F2HC, 4T2HC, CD98HC, MDU1, NACAE
Human CD98 Protein, His Tag (CD8-H5247AI) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Arg 206 - Ala 630 (Accession # P08195).
Predicted N-terminus: His

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 47.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
