TNFRSF8, CD30, D1S166E, Ki-1
Alexa Fluor 647-Labeled Human CD30 Protein, His Tag (CD0-HA2H9) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 19 - Lys 379 (Accession # NP_001234.2). It is the Alexa Fluor™ 647 labeled form of Human CD30, His Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H52H5).
Predicted N-terminus: Phe 19

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 40.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-95 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
AF647
Excitation Wavelength: 640 nm
Emission Wavelength: 672 nm
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with AF647 using standard chemical labeling method. The residual AF647 is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.
The AF647 to protein molar ratio is 3.5-5.5.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
