Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Flow Cytometry Phenotyping Panel uses a combination of fluorescent-labeled antibodies to detect the characteristic surface marker expression of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) in vitro. This panel includes antibodies against CD105, CD73, and CD90, which are positively expressed on MSCs as per the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT) guidelines, indicating their mesenchymal origin and multipotency. In contrast, it also incorporates antibodies for CD45, CD34, CD14/CD11b, CD79/CD19, and HLA-DR, which should exhibit negative expression, helping to exclude hematopoietic and immune cell lineages. By utilizing flow cytometry, this panel enables precise identification and characterization of MSCs, confirming their adherence to the ISCT-defined phenotypic criteria and ensuring the purity and quality of MSC populations for research and therapeutic applications.
Application
This kit is developed for quantitative detection of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) by analyzing their characteristic surface markers (CD105/CD73/CD90 positive and CD45/CD34 etc. negative).
It is for research use only.
Storage
The unopened kit is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture if stored at 2°C to 8°C.
The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

Flow cytometric analysis of MSCs stained with Human Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Kit (Cat. No. ICA-A006) at a 1:20 dilution (5 μL stock antibody per 1×10⁶ cells in a final 100 μL volume), alongside matched isotype controls. Fluorescent signals from APC, PerCP-Cy5.5, PE-Cy7 and PE were measured to assess antibody binding activity (QC tested).
