This product can be directly isolated using conventional column-free magnetic stand (eg. Cat. MB-01/ MB-02/ MB-03/ MB-04). Please note that due to its micron-scale size, it is not compatible with commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.
ActiveMax® Human T cell Activation/Expansion CD3/CD28 Beads, premium grade DMF Filed are uniform 5.5 μm of magnetic beads coated with an optimized mixture of mouse monoclonal antibodies against the CD3 and CD28, mimicking in vivo stimulation by APCs.
ActiveMax® Human T cell Activation/Expansion CD3/CD28 Beads, premium grade DMF Filed is intended for the in vitro isolation, stimulation and expansion of purified T cell populations of, for example, CD3+T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells or human PBMC in research and early preclinical stage.
